North Carolina Real Estate Practice
Bill Martin has been my realtor for about 10 years, and has represented me in multiple real estate transactions. That alone speaks to my endorsement of him. Specifically though, Bill meticulously tracks every detail of the transaction, from start to finish. And even after the closing! Just three examples of Bill going 'above and beyond': When I had roof issues prior to a closing, Bill went to the property to oversee the work, to ensure that it was completed to his satisfaction. When I had problems with a garage door opener shortly after closing and could not reach my repairman, Bill came to the house and worked on it - and fixed my problem - himself. And lastly, when a home inspection showed that I needed to have some deck repair work done, he coordinated with the repairman (after the closing) to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction. I share these three examples because any realtor can work with clients as they go through the home selling/purchasing process. To stay in constant communication during the process though, and even to continue to provide such stellar customer service after the sale is not usual. It is extraordinary. In addition to using Bill Martin as my own realtor, I have recommended him to others. They have, unfailingly, reported back to me that they had the same outstanding experience. Just as I have recommended him to friends moving into Brevard, I offer my highest recommendation to you as well.

I wish to advise you of the exceptional service Bill Martin provided during the selection and purchase of a lot in the Stone’s Lake community. Bill Martin demonstrated integrity and commitment to exceptional service throughout our purchasing experience. As a highly qualified, respected agent, Bill used his process expertise and in-depth local knowledge to help us find the ideal property for our future retirement home. Leveraging his broad professional network, Bill provided valuable recommendations to our requests for local service providers including builders, architects, surveyors and more. He is a client-motivated, proactive communicator with an engaging personality and focus on ensuring the best customer experience. Many thanks to Bill! We will recommend him to colleagues and family with real estate needs in the Brevard area.

We bought 2 houses with Bill Martin's help, and thought the experiences could not have been better. Bill is the perfect combination of professional and friendly. He points out things in the homes (good and bad) without hanging over your shoulder or trying to influence. He is efficient without rushing you. The experiences were very easy and very enjoyable, and we would absolutely recommend Bill to anyone looking for a home or wanting to list one.

We asked Bill Martin to list our home at 79 Brandy Ridge Rd. this summer (2017). We made the right decision to list with Bill based on the ultimate scorecard; Bill sold our home in less than 100 days! The thing that really impressed us about Bill was his professional attitude while being very personable throughout the process. Bill provided us with continuous updates, followed up on all potential buyers and provided quick feedback to us. Once we had a contract on our home Bill listened and delivered on our wishes to purchase a home in downtown Brevard. Bill is a great asset for Steve Owen & Associates, a valued citizen for Brevard and a good friend to us. Thank you.

Bill Martin was not recommended to me, so it was my good luck that resulted in our working together for my condo purchase. The process was different for me in that the condo was not finished, but simply a space with exterior walls. Bill was knowledgeable about the building’s prior sales, tracked down any needed information, and was instrumental in creating an acceptable offer. His attention to detail made the process move smoothly. It was my good fortune to work with such a professional, experienced agent.
